Why Visit Colorado’s Farmers’ Markets?

Colorado’s farmers’ markets are a convenient and direct link to farm-fresh fruits and vegetables. Walk the rows of fresh produce, chat it up with the growers and find out exactly how and when your food is grown.

When you take the time to choose the reddest tomato or the most delectable jam, your meals become tastier and your recipes more imaginative. If you aren’t a whiz in the kitchen, ask the vendor for their favorite way to prepare whatever has caught your eye.

In Colorado, farmers’ markets are usually a spring and summer affair, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find one in fall and winter; it just takes a bit more planning. Visit our event calendar to find farmers’ markets nearest you.
