Remember those days as a kid, when all you had to think about was where you were going to ride your bike, which mountainside to climb and what was waiting on the table for your lunch? Well, you can be a kid again in Frisco. Ride on 55 miles of paved pathways, or head up trailheads right out of downtown. Strap on snowshoes or step into cross-country skis at the Nordic Center. Paddle or motor out to Sentinel Island from Frisco Bay Marina. Or maybe all you want to do is take a walk or an afternoon nap. Frisco offers not only a variety of restaurants, but shops and galleries where you can spend your whole allowance and we won’t call home. Live the Old West for real in Frisco’s 1880’s Historic Park and Schoolhouse Museum. Any season you’ll find a reason to let out your inner child in Frisco.
Copper is Frisco’s Mountain and Frisco is Copper’s Town. Frisco and Copper Mountain are two unique entities that are ideal destinations by themselves, but even better together. Stay in Frisco for its small town atmosphere and hit the slopes at Copper because of its steeps, bowls, groomers and terrain parks. Those who lodge at Copper always end up on Frisco’s Main Street for a fine dining experience or a night on the town. Frisco and Copper are just 75 miles from Denver right off I-70. No matter how you look at it, one place would not be the same without the other.
