Directions: Located at the intersection of State Highways 92 and 133. 1 1/2-hour drive from Interstate 1-70 exits in either Grand Junction or Glenwood Springs. From Grand Junction travel south on State Route 50 and take State Route 92 east in Delta. At Delta follow 92 for 20 miles to Hotchkiss. From Glenwood Springs take highway south to Carbondale and pick up Hwy. 133 and travel over McClure Pass to Hotchkiss. The trip over McClure is more scenic, but occasionally more difficult driving in bad weather.
