Directions: At the west end of Chuckwagon Rd. Two miles north of the Garden of the Gods on 30th St. or exit 146 off I-25. Go west 2 miles on Garden of the Gods Rd. to 30th St. Turn right on 30th St., go 1 block to Flying W Ranch Rd. Turn left on Flying W Ranch Rd., go 1-1/2 mile to Chuckwagon Rd., turn left on Chuckwagon Rd. to parking lot.

Sample Menu 1: William Bent's Buffalo Tenderloin Filet Mignon: The most tender of all, a well-marbled 8 oz. Buffalo Filet with Fort potatoes and chef's vegetable.

Sample Menu 2: The Fort's Game Plate: Our most popular dish! An Elk Chop, Buffalo Filet Medallion, and a Grilled Teriyaki Quail. Served with Fort potatoes and chef's vegetable.

Sample Menu 3: Smoke House Buffalo Rib Platter: Buffalo ribs, slowly braised, smoked and smothered with our own tangy Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce. Served with shallot-cheddar mashed potatoes.

Sample Menu 4: Tlingit-style Cedar Plank-Roasted Salmon: Cedar plank-roasted salmon drizzled with a maple-walnut reduction and served with creamy lentils, braised winter greens and crispy root vegetables.

Sample Menu 5: Vaquero Chicken: Seared, naturally raised chicken, marinated in toasted cumin and coriander, and served with refried cliff dweller beans, smoky corn salsa and sweet potato hay.

Sample Menu 6: Vegetable "Torta": Towering layers of grilled and roasted seasonal vegetables with heirloom beans and cilantro-rice, topped with sweet potato hay and drizzled with mole amarillo.
