Situated on US Hwy. 50, a major route through the eastern prairie, Manzanola receives a good amount of passersby. Because of this, Manzanola is a good spot to grab a quick bite, stretch your legs and gear up on essentials. Nearby Lake Meredith provides residents and visitors with on-water activities. And just southeast of town is the heralded community of Rocky Ford, where some of the state’s most succulent melons are grown.
