Scenic views of the Uinta Mountains, Canyon of Lodore, and Cold Spring Mountain.  Area is a series of colorful pinyon-juniper red standstone ridges.  The WSA is closed to motorized and mechanized vehicles.  There are no developed or maintained trails in the area.
