What you will find here is a focus on the basics: fresh made pasta, cheeses, and sausages, all done in-house and by-hand. Slow-braised meats and fresh seasonal flavors that we let speak for themselves. Our menu is concise (some might say small), but changes every week to keep things interesting. Everything here is made by hand, including the dining room itself. Our chef and owner designed and built all of our furniture from reclaimed plywood and steel with the intent of creating a home-grown, modern version of the quintessential Mom-and-Pop Italian eatery.
