Highline Lake  is an oasis in the desert that is an ideal basecamp for year-round outdoor activities. The park has 31 sites that accomodate both tents or trailers.  Reservations are needed from April through the end of October if you are planning on camping over any weekends.  The park has a group camping area as well that can be reserved by calling the park.  This area is only available to tent camping.
