Café ardour is about community and quality: fair trade organic coffee beans roasted locally, espresso extracted perfectly, delicious pastries freshly baked in our kitchen, ingredients as local and organic as can be, and new art by neighborhood artists hung monthly.  We buy 100% wind power; recycle all of our cardboard, newspaper, glass, and plastic; and use compact fluorescent light bulbs in our fixtures. We buy seasonal greens, tomatoes, and eggs from local farmers; our beans are organic, fairly traded, and roasted locally by Jackie's Java; we use milk from local, naturally produced Morning Fresh Dairy; our paper products are unbleached and post-consumer recycled. What comes around, goes around – we keep it local.
