"Our business philosophy here at Gazpacho's is to keep it really simple, use the freshest best ingredients we can, stay true to the traditional New Mexican red and green chili and everything that entails. We try to incorporate that in as many recipes as we can. Not just the sauce, but to the background of the dishes. Regarding our fresh ingredients, we have always done this. We have always bought our pinto beans locally; we go down and get our own red chili from our farmer friends around Hatch, New Mexico. We always serve Honeyville Honey on the tables for the sopapillas too. We just like everyone that comes through the door and hope they enjoy themselves.
