We are a Boulder Classic. Munson Farms Started in 1976 with only 2 acres. In the 1979 we opened the stand at Valmont and 75th with 35 acres. We have since grown to 75+ acres, that my brother and I manage, while my parents have taken a more relaxed role in the operation. Our family has been growing pumpkins, spinach, and sweet corn in the valley for generations. Munson's orderly fields of vegetables look out at the Front Range and are bordered by a wonderful wild 'pantry': We harvests garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, and Canada geese from his land. The pumpkin patch in October is a favorite for kids, and the farm stand on the corner of Valmont and 75th is a summer mainstay for locals. Novemeber we have Christmas tree sales.
