We raise beef the old-fashioned way, growing our cattle slowly out on pasture. In the winter, they are fed hay that is baled during the summer in the Yampa and Elk River valleys. We dry age our beef after slaughter, flash freezing it in cryovac packages when it is in the perfect condition. We never use artificial growth hormones, or feed antibiotics to our cattle, and use no chemical pesticides on our cattle. This means our beef is healthy and free from residues.
