Overview

Go underground in a real gold mine! Ride the mine train 1,500 ft. into Galena Mountain for live mining demonstrations. You’ll see operating drills, skip, slusher, mucker and honey waggon - all the old mining equipment awaiting another opportunity to strike it rich. Do your own mining at the sluce boxes outside. Be sure to arrive early to purchase your tickets.  A covered picnic area is available for your convenience.
