Overview

West of Steamboat Springs on the Yampa River, offering float and wade fishing. 13 river access sites with six campgrounds offer basic to full amenities. The park also offers reservoir-based recreation with basic campsites, swim beaches, boat ramps located at Elkhead reservoir. Daily park passes are $7.00, additional camping fees apply.
