Families Savor the Treats of the Season

DENVER (September 14, 2005) In Colorado, the best “picks” of the harvest season are found across the state from local farms to county festivals. As the leaves change signaling fall, Colorado farms yield mouth-watering crops, hands-on activities and fruitful experiences for the entire family.

From now through October, make twists and turns in area corn mazes or head to a local farm for harvesting numerous fruits and vegetables, including squash, pumpkins, apples, raspberries and blackberries.
