Pikes Peak World Record Attempt

Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain is attempting a world record on August 1 to celebrate 150 years of Colorado! Join us on the summit at 11 a.m. as we try to gather as many people as possible to dunk our world-famous donuts into coffee at the same time. If successful, we will become the official record holders for the most donuts dunked into coffee simultaneously! To participate, reserve your timed-entry permit or shuttle ticket in advance for August 1. Please remember that it takes about an hour to reach the summit from the Gateway, so plan your timed-entry or shuttle ticket accordingly. Participation in the record attempt is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that all guests be respectful and patient as staff help coordinate the attempt.
