Rifle Falls is located in the northeast corner of the state just outside of Rifle. The central feature of the 48-acre park is this beautiful triple 70-foot waterfall flowing over a travertine dam on East Rifle Creek.

Towering over 1,000 feet, the Royal Gorge Bridge near Cañon City is the highest suspension bridge in America. At approximately 10 miles long and surrounded by red granite walls, it’s no wonder some of the first American explorers referred to it as the Grand Canyon of the Arkansas.

Located about an hour west of Denver are Grays and Torreys — two of the state's 58 fourteeners (peaks that are 14,000 feet or higher above sea level). The peaks are in close proximity to each other, so it’s popular to hike them both in one day.

One of the most classic climbs in the country, Bastille Crack is located in Eldorado Canyon State Park. This 350-foot cliff will test your skills and will allow you to follow in the footsteps of many Colorado climbing legends.
