<p>Carlos Frésquez is a celebrated artist whose works have been featured in galleries worldwide - including the Smithsonian American Art Museum. A native Coloradan, the Mile High City remains as his primary gallery. His art focuses on themes of justice and Chicano culture. This piece was developed with 18 students from the Metropolitan State University and is meant to embody the theater's provocative storytelling on contemporary issues. </p>
