Denver Halloween 2026 - Paranormal Palace

Paranormal Palace is Denver's Halloween hotel takeover, now in its 17th year. On Saturday, October 31, 2026, the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Tech Center becomes the event: an 8,000-square-foot Haunted Forest ballroom, a multi-level atrium of walkways and overlooks, several bars, DJs, stage performances, and interactive exhibits spread across multiple floors of the hotel.

What sets it apart from other Halloween events in the metro is the format. Guests can book a discounted room in the hotel and stay the night, so the evening ends with an elevator ride instead of a drive home. Forty-one atrium rooms open onto balconies that look directly down on the main dance floor and the performances below — a private vantage point over the party, with your bed a few steps behind you. Guests in those rooms can decorate their balconies and enter the balcony decor contest.

2026 is an unusual year for Halloween in Colorado. October 31 falls on a Saturday for the first time since 2020, and clocks fall back at 2 a.m. that same night, making it a 25-hour Halloween. The next Saturday Halloween with a time change is 2037.

The night also features a costume contest with cash prizes, immersive decor throughout the hotel, and dynamic lighting design across every level.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT

The DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Tech Center is at 7801 E. Orchard Road in Greenwood Village, in the south Denver metro, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Denver and 35 minutes from Denver International Airport. The RTD E and R light rail lines serve the Tech Center within walking distance for guests arriving without a car. On-site parking is available, and visitors staying overnight can park once and leave the car until Sunday.

Event tickets and hotel rooms are booked separately — a room does not include admission, and a ticket does not include a room. Discounted room rates are available through the booking links at denverhalloween.org.

Doors open at 8 p.m.; the production runs until 1 a.m. The event is 21+ with valid ID required, and costumes are mandatory for entry.
