<p>Civic Center EATS is Denver's longest-running lunch-time food truck rally, occurring every Wed. and Thurs. from May-Oct. EATS will commemorate the dual anniversaries and provide a platform for a "melting-pot" of foods over the 40 days of lunch in Civic Center Park. With intentional partnerships and inclusive entertainment, stories traditionally underrepresented will be amplified in the heart of Denver. In 2026, we ensure every truck has a dish or ingredient that honors Colorado's agricultural legacy.</p>
