Marble Distilling Co. is a sustainable, zero-waste distillery nestled at the base of the Elk Mountains in the heart of Carbondale, Colorado's Creative District. MDC handcrafts small batch spirits in the old world, artisanal style utilizing a Kentucky made Vendome copper pot still. MDC is the only distiller filtering its spirits through crushed, 99.5% calcite Yule marble, from the quarry in Marble, CO, (home of the Lincoln Memorial columns & the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier). MDC Spirits are delicious on the rocks or as a flavorful addition to a multitude of signature cocktails. Truly a mixologists dream! We are proud to offer the following award-winning spirits: Marble Vodka, a unique blend of Colorado soft white wheat & malted barley. Moonlight EXpresso, our coffee liqueur made with locally roasted Guatemalan coffee beans & Ugandan vanilla beans. Gingercello, a ginger forward Limoncello, light & fruity. Gingercello Reserve, bourbon barrel aged, warm & spicy. Whiskey & Bourbon currently aging - we anticipate our first whiskey release for the holidays 2017!
