35th Annual Colorado Governor's Art Show & Sale

The 35th Annual Colorado Governor's Art Show & Sale opens April 25, 2026, for a six-week exhibition at the Loveland Museum, showcasing 65 of the state's top fine artists, including both new and returning talent. Recognized as one of the largest juried fine art shows to exclusively feature Colorado artists, the exhibition invites visitors to discover and purchase original works in person and online while supporting the state's creative community. In 2026, the show takes on added significance as it aligns with the America 250 Colorado 150 commemoration, marking the nation's 250th anniversary and Colorado's 150th. As part of this milestone year, the show will introduce the one-time 250/150/35 Governor's Legacy Art Award, presented by Gov. Jared Polis at the Opening Night Gala. The award honors an artist whose work reflects Colorado's past, present and future, highlighting the role of art in telling the state's evolving story. A cornerstone of Loveland's reputation as a leading arts destination, the Governor's Art Show & Sale offers visitors the opportunity to find meaningful additions for their homes or collections while engaging directly with Colorado artists. Presented by the Loveland and Thompson Valley Rotary Clubs in conjunction with the Loveland Museum and endorsed by the Governor of Colorado, the show remains true to its "Art With Heart" mission, with net proceeds benefiting Rotary-supported charitable programs, including the Thompson Education Foundation and scholarships for local art students. The Colorado Governor's Art Show & Sale runs from Saturday, April 25 through Saturday, June 6, 2026. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, and the museum is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
