Montrose Office of Business and Tourism

A journey to Montrose starts in its historic downtown with an eclectic mix of restaurants, antique shops and boutiques and moves to an array of outdoor activities such as fly-fishing, golf, river rafting, rock crawling and other recreation found in the awe-inspiring Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and surrounding 882,760 acres of public lands. Montrose is also an ideal jumping-off point for several of Colorado's scenic and historic byways, including the West Elk Loop.
