Columbine Valley

With 1,300 residents, the small town of Columbine Valley grew from a homeowners’ association started by 17 families in the 1950s. Nearby towns include Littleton and Englewood.

Each summer, a concert series is hosted at the town hall, and a Fourth of July 5k and fireworks celebration is held as well.

The town is just north of South Platte Park, the Mary Carter Greenway Trail and the Carson Nature Center, where visitors can fish in five lakes, nature watch and stroll the trails.
